We offer Fit4Baby for the first-time and pregnant woman, Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre for the newly post-partum mama looking to stay fit while her kiddos are in their younger years, and Body Back and Boost for the mom who is looking to get a more intense workout in just for her!

We have also added Saturdays for extra flexibility too!!! We know life happens, so we're giving you a Bonus SaturdayClass to BOTH SESSIONS! Use it as a Boost for a 3rd HIIT class (must use separate Boost pass) or whenever needed come to Saturday's class if you cannot make your normal scheduled day!

Running Club is the perfect way to start running even if you have never run before and don't know where to start! Or maybe you are looking to get in some extra cardio into your fitness routine? Look no further than Running Club! You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and the importance of being in the right shoe for you. This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Our next session starts February 26th. Train for the Mud Run April 2nd and/or the Windsor 5k, 10k or Half Marathon on May 21st.
