Running Club is the perfect way to start running even if you have never run before and don't know where to start! Or maybe you are looking to get in some extra cardio into your fitness routine? Look no further than Running Club! You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and the importance of being in the right shoe for you. This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. We will be training for our first Obstacle Race too. Join for 8 weeks, or 12. You choose! Our next session starts August 23rd. Train for the Half or Full Tough Mudder and/or The SF Mermaid
