This program has been such a positive experience for me. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, all the moms and instructors are very supportive and encouraging of one another. I feel such a difference physically and mentally.

My endurance is better and I feel more confident trying new physical challenges. I knew I wanted to keep going to Stroller Strides about a month after I started when I was chasing my 4yr old around at gymnastics and carrying my 5mth old. I was running and chasing him without getting winded, carrying the baby without my arms getting tired, and had enough breath to be laughing while we were playing. That moment sealed the deal for me; I wanted to be a Stroller Strides mama! I started running with my mom in April and I thought I was going to die after I finished running a mile. Now I can run a 10K and I'm training for a half marathon. The core workout I get during Stroller Strides has been a huge part of me becoming a runner. It's also awesome when you see your Stroller Strides instructor at the same races and running around Spring Lake on a Sunday...

My life has improved so much since joining Stroller Strides over six months ago. Before Stroller Strides, I was taking naps at the same time as my son because I wouldn’t have the energy to continue my day. Since becoming a monthly member and attending 3 to 4 classes a week, I am able to not only stay awake, but also complete all my chores/tasks for the day. And that is a great feeling to have at the end of a long day!

I stumbled upon Stroller Strides through Facebook and decided to give it a shot. It was so hard to figure out ways to exercise while being a stay at home mom and having a husband who worked odd hours. My only options were to be quiet and try to exercise during my son’s nap, or find an affordable gym with childcare, which I wasn’t able to do.

My son had just turned 9 months old and I still hadn’t lost any weight from my pregnancy when I found Stroller Strides. I am so glad I found Stroller Strides! Stroller strides has helped me to get my energy, strength and muscle tone back after having my second baby and being on bed rest for most of my pregnancy. It has helped me to tone up again and overall give me what I need to chase after two kids. I love that my kids are outside in the sunshine while I work out and they are right next to me if they need anything. It helps us start our day out on the right foot. The instructors are so motivating and encouraging. You ladies are seriously the best!

Fit4baby is now 3x a weeks! Monday & Wednesday 6 -7pm & Saturdays 9 am at Studio MOVE! 4, 6 & 10 class passes are available!

Running Club Starts February 28th - Wednesdays & Sundays

Our Running Club is the perfect way to train for a 5k, 10k or Half Marathon! If you are training for your first race or you want to improve on your form and get a new PR - we are here for you!



The rain doesn't stop us from getting our workout in! We head inside to Coddingtown Mall if it's raining! Check the class schedule and our Facebook page for Rainy Day Notifications! Classes begin 15 minutes earlier when we are at Coddingtown to finish up class just as the shops open.
