Welcome to Fit4Mom Santa Rosa!
Hi, I'm Sequoia, mom to 5 year old Maddox. Before becoming a mom, I completed my Health, Nutrition and Fitness degree from Santa Rosa Junior College and look forward to continuing my Kinesology degree at Sonoma State. I have always loved running, fitness and all things outdoors, so becoming a Stroller Strides & Fit4Baby Instructor and co-owner in Spring of 2013, seem to be a natural fit. I am able to share my passion of an active lifestyle and take my son to work with me!
Stroller Strides has not only helped me get back in physical strength after the birth of my son, but provided me with a phenomenal community of women and children who have become my closest friends. Our workouts can be as challenging as you need them to be; there's always another mama in the group who's there to push you on days your competitive nature comes out, and those who are ready to walk and talk when you need someone to share your kid stories with.
I encourage all moms to come out and give our group a try - We have a great group of moms and little ones!!!

Whether you want to lose weight, get toned, or just do something good for your body and your mind, our coaches will help you meet your specific goals in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Fit4baby is now 3x a weeks! Monday & Wednesday 6 -7pm & Saturdays 9 am at Studio MOVE! 4, 6 & 10 class passes are available!
Our Running Club is the perfect way to train for a 5k, 10k or Half Marathon! If you are training for your first race or you want to improve on your form and get a new PR - we are here for you!
The rain doesn't stop us from getting our workout in! We head inside to Coddingtown Mall if it's raining! Check the class schedule and our Facebook page for Rainy Day Notifications! Classes begin 15 minutes earlier when we are at Coddingtown to finish up class just as the shops open.
