Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. All locations also offer a free playgroup with Our Village so moms can form lasting friendships with other moms through organized playdates, moms' nights out, and activities for the whole family.


Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!


FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

Previously Boost -Body Back Workout® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.

If you've ever dreamed of making it through the finish line but don't know how to get started, this program is for you. We will train you in baby steps (or strolls) even if you've never run before. This class is designed for the beginner and to accomplish a 5k (3.1 miles), or 15k (9 miles) or for the seasoned runner to work on their PR. You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and choosing the right shoe.

Our Running Club will meet two times on Wednesday, 9 am or 6pm and Sundays at 7:30 am. Our training location will vary each week based on the distance to be covered, and will be provided to you during the first class. Moms are welcome to bring kiddos in the stroller to the runs (or leave them home with a responsible adult).

The cost for Running Club training is $99 for 7 weeks.

7 Weeks of workouts designed to prepare you for your race. 15k runners should be able to run/walk 3 to 4 miles comfortably at the start of the program.

Try a FREE Preview Body Back Class before our next session starts on May 29th. We have 2 classes for you to choose from, Saturday, May 12th at 8am or Thursday, May 24th at 6:15pm. Both classes will be held at Studio MOVE, 1808 Empire Industrial Court, Santa Rosa.


Strides 360 is designed for the mom with (or without) kiddos in tow who is seeking a more intense workout with more cardio.
