Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. All locations also offer a free playgroup with Our Village so moms can form lasting friendships with other moms through organized playdates, moms' nights out, and activities for the whole family.

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.

Body Back® Mini 4 Week Session is all the great workouts and accountability of an 8 week Transformation session without the commitment . We can help you reach your distance goal, whatever that looks like to you. It is a self-paced program you can take at your stride. Plus, it's social-distancing approved! The program is 100 percent virtual and you can train from anywhere.

Whether running is new to you, you're a seasoned runner, or you just need a mental break to reset during these stressful days, our Run Club virtual training program can be tailored to you. Be part of a virtual training group, and train on your time with the benefit of our specialized coaching.

We invite you to join us for a FREE Stroller Strides class as we Sweat4SantaRosa! We will be collecting donations in cash and gift cards only, and we will also be collecting canned foods for the Redwood Empire Food Bank. Help us continue to help our community, and get in a great workout at the same time!!

This class is open to ALL THE MOMS. Strollers are not necessary!

Body Ignite Total Body Sculpting is a one-stop body sculpting. Targeting every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar, this class will leave you stronger, increase your metabolism and improve your athleticism. Dedicated core and flexibility work are included to help you move and feel better. Strengthen your body to lift, lunge, and lug everything life throws your way! This class is a fantastic complement to cardio workouts or other activities you enjoy! This kid-free class is also suitable during pregnancy.
