Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms
with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power
walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness
instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and
outdoors. All locations also offer a free playgroup with Our Village so
moms can form lasting friendships with other moms through organized
playdates, moms' nights out, and activities for the whole family.
Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and
stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle
tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a
professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal
training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format.
Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal
and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles
become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from
breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in
utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly
growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating
an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles,
creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!
We are currently offering a hybrid schedule, a mix of virtual and in-person classes. Choose any two classes a week that work for your schedule.
We can help you reach your distance goal, whatever that looks like to you. It is a self-paced program you can take at your stride. Plus, it's social-distancing approved! Choose either virtual or meet on Sundays in-person, socially distanced!
Whether running is new to you, you're a seasoned runner, or you just need a mental break to reset during these stressful days, our Run Club virtual training program can be tailored to you. Be part of a virtual training group, and train on your time with the benefit of our specialized coaching.

Strides 360™ promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!
Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar or dumbbells will leave you stronger and begging for more. Dedicated core and flexibility work are also included to help you move and feel better. A perfect complement to any cardio class or activity you currently enjoy, this easy to follow strength-based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, and lug everything mom-life throws at you!
