Strides 360

Strides 360 is designed for the mom with (or without) kiddos in tow who is seeking a more intense workout with more cardio. Classes are held in the morning, 3x a week.

This class is a high intensity workout especially for moms WITHOUT their kids, but still IS also stroller friendly.
