I am so glad I found Stroller Strides! Stroller strides has helped me to get my energy, strength and muscle tone back after having my second baby and being on bed rest for most of my pregnancy. It has helped me to tone up again and overall give me what I need to chase after two kids. I love that my kids are outside in the sunshine while I work out and they are right next to me if they need anything. It helps us start our day out on the right foot. The instructors are so motivating and encouraging. You ladies are seriously the best!

Use it as a Boost for a 3rd HIIT class (must use separate Boost pass) or whenever needed come to Saturday's class if you cannot make your normal scheduled day!

Running Club

Running Club is the perfect way to start running even if you have never run before and don't know where to start! Or maybe you are looking to get in some extra cardio into your fitness routine? Look no further than Running Club! You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and the importance of being in the right shoe for you. This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Our next session starts February 26th. Train for the Mud Run April 2nd and/or the Windsor 5k, 10k or Half Marathon on May 21st.
