Welcome to Fit4Mom Santa Rosa!

Hi, I'm Sequoia, mom to 4 year old Maddox. Before becoming a mom, I completed my Health, Nutrition and Fitness degree from Santa Rosa Junior College and look forward to continuing my Kinesology degree at Sonoma State. I have always loved running, fitness and all things outdoors, so becoming a Stroller Strides & Fit4Baby Instructor and co-owner in Spring of 2013, seem to be a natural fit. I am able to share my passion of an active lifestyle and take my son to work with me!

Stroller Strides has not only helped me get back in physical strength after the birth of my son, but provided me with a phenomenal community of women and children who have become my closest friends. Our workouts can be as challenging as you need them to be; there's always another mama in the group who's there to push you on days your competitive nature comes out, and those who are ready to walk and talk when you need someone to share your kid stories with.

I encourage all moms to come out and give our group a try - We have a great group of moms and little ones!!!

I look forward to seeing you in class!

We have also added Saturdays for extra flexibility too!!! We know life happens, so we're giving you a Bonus SaturdayClass to BOTH SESSIONS! Use it as a Boost for a 3rd HIIT class (must use separate Boost pass) or whenever needed come to Saturday's class if you cannot make your normal scheduled day!

Running Club

Running Club is the perfect way to start running even if you have never run before and don't know where to start! Or maybe you are looking to get in some extra cardio into your fitness routine? Look no further than Running Club! You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and the importance of being in the right shoe for you. This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Our next session starts February 26th. Train for the Mud Run April 2nd and/or the Windsor 5k, 10k or Half Marathon on May 21st.
