I am mom to Kaiya, who is 3.5-years-old and new born Lyla. I joined Stroller Strides when Kaiya was 8 weeks old, looking for a way to get back in shape and connect with other moms. It was the best decision ever! Not only do I look forward to working out, but Kaiya brings it all home and does her own version of Stroller Strides with her dolls. I love that she is learning that exercise can be fun and our family, as a whole, is living a healthier, more active lifestyle. I love our ever growing village of mamas and kiddos, both Kaiya and I have made friendships that will last a lifetime!

We have also added Saturdays for extra flexibility too!!! We know life happens, so we're giving you a Bonus SaturdayClass to BOTH SESSIONS! Use it as a Boost for a 3rd HIIT class (must use separate Boost pass) or whenever needed come to Saturday's class if you cannot make your normal scheduled day!

Running Club

Running Club is the perfect way to start running even if you have never run before and don't know where to start! Or maybe you are looking to get in some extra cardio into your fitness routine? Look no further than Running Club! You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and the importance of being in the right shoe for you. This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Our next session starts February 26th. Train for the Mud Run April 2nd and/or the Windsor 5k, 10k or Half Marathon on May 21st.
