I was born and raised right here in Santa Rosa, I graduated from SRHS and went off to college in Texas. After earning my degree I moved back to San Jose, California and married my high school sweetheart. Our sweet Brynley Maize joined our family in April of 2014 and we moved back to Santa Rosa in the spring on 2015. We bought a home that we love and we are here to stay!
I found Fit4Mom shortly after moving back and was instantly hooked and absolutely in love! I needed an outlet that made me feel great physically but also allowed me to be surrounded by an incredibly supportive village of Mom's. It's such a treat to be able to bring Brynley along to my workout and let her play with other kids after class, I love that she is growing up to see the importance of living an active lifestyle.
When I was given the opportunity to help as a Playground Captain, I jumped on it. I have a background in education and live for crafting!

Running Club is the perfect way to start running even if you have never run before and don't know where to start! Or maybe you are looking to get in some extra cardio into your fitness routine? Look no further than Running Club! You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and the importance of being in the right shoe for you. This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Our next session starts June 7th. Train for the Santa Rosa 5k, 10k or Half Marathon August 27th or just run for FUN!
