I am mom to 4 year old Zachary. I am passionate about fitness and staying active in all stages of life. I moved to Sonoma County almost 4 years ago, I knew no one and as a new mom I felt a little lost. I often wonder where I would be if I hadn’t found Stroller Strides and the amazing, passionate group of women I am honored to call my friends. Zac and I started striding when he was just 3 months old, now he is my little helper and loves to play “workout.” Fit4Mom is one of the most rewarding things I have ever been a part of, as both a client and an instructor. If you want to get fit, have fun with your kiddos and teach them the life long lesson of loving fitness, then you my friend have found your village. I hope to see you in class soon!

Running Club is the perfect way to start running even if you have never run before and don't know where to start! Or maybe you are looking to get in some extra cardio into your fitness routine? Look no further than Running Club! You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and the importance of being in the right shoe for you. This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Our next session starts June 7th. Train for the Santa Rosa 5k, 10k or Half Marathon August 27th or just run for FUN!
