My name is Josephine Mayo and my family consists of my son Seth (20 months old) and my fiancé Scott.
I first saw the Stroller Strides gang about 20 months ago (I just had Seth) at Coddingtown Mall where I found myself meeting Sequoia. She gave me her card and told me about an anniversary event that was happening the next Day. I went to the event and had so much fun but was not able to start at that time. But then I did start in July of 2015 and currently going strong.
Starting was the hardest part and I’m so glad that I did because S.S. has encouraged me to set a goal and now that I’ve been nominated for "mom of the month”, I'm motivated to strive for that goal even harder. Wow! What an empowering way to start The month of March and March is also my birthday month too!

Running Club is the perfect way to start running even if you have never run before and don't know where to start! Or maybe you are looking to get in some extra cardio into your fitness routine? Look no further than Running Club! You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and the importance of being in the right shoe for you. This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Our next session starts June 7th. Train for the Santa Rosa 5k, 10k or Half Marathon August 27th or just run for FUN!
