Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. All locations also offer a free playgroup with Our Village so moms can form lasting friendships with other moms through organized playdates, moms' nights out, and activities for the whole family.


Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!


Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy.

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to focus on themselves. Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments, 2 classes per week, Mama Wants Her Body Back DVD's and Food Journals.

If you've ever dreamed of making it through the finish line but don't know how to get started, this program is for you. We will train you in baby steps (or strolls) even if you've never run before. This class is designed for the beginner and to accomplish a Half Marathon (13.1 miles) 15K run (9.3 miles) or 5K (3.1miles). You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and choosing the right shoe.

The Santa Rosa Fit4mom Running Club will meet on Wednesdays at 9:30 am or 6:15 pm beginning on June 7th and Sundays at 7:30 am. Our training location will vary each week based on the distance to be covered, and will be provided to you during the first class. Moms are welcome to bring kiddos in the stroller to the runs (or leave them home with a responsible adult).

Important Dates:
  • Wednesday, June 7th - Running Program Begins
  • Sunday, August 27th - Santa Rosa Half Marathon, 5k & 10 K

We have also added Saturdays for extra flexibility too!!! We know life happens, so we're giving you a Bonus SaturdayClass to BOTH SESSIONS! Use it as a Boost for a 3rd HIIT class (must use separate Boost pass) or whenever needed come to Saturday's class if you cannot make your normal scheduled day!

Running Club

Running Club is the perfect way to start running even if you have never run before and don't know where to start! Or maybe you are looking to get in some extra cardio into your fitness routine? Look no further than Running Club! You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and the importance of being in the right shoe for you. This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. Our next session starts June 7th. Train for the Santa Rosa 5k, 10k or Half Marathon August 27th or just run for FUN!
